사립대학이라 주장하지만 그 재정은 대부분 국가에서 온다. 국가의 지원금과 학생의 학비로 운영하면서 마치 학교가 자기 것인 것처럼 그러는데, 다 몰수하고 국영 공영으로 전환해야 마땅하다.
학생의 학비에 또 국가장학금이 있다.
