steady pace 10 K
The run today was after the office work and before lunch so I could enjoy the rest of Friday afternoon carefree with my family.
I took a road down to the river Sava and by its right bank downstream then made a loop and came home almost the same way. The goal was at first to run 8 kilometers yet I changed it to a 10 K steady pace run. Excellent!
In the end, it was 10 K exactly in a 5:32 pace with steady lap improvements.
Photos are from the midday doggy walk. Puma was gazing down the meadow as if somebody was calling her. I have a hunch that she was missing and searching for my wife to be with us on the walk.
Sometimes she is a strange dog.
Kilometer lap times show a steady improvement of the pace. It was great running mostly on the smooth tarmac at this pace.
Tomorrow in the evening I plan another 10 K run and then again on Sunday morning.
