A late run yesterday because others have planned my day. An evening at least. I am not complaining. It turned out quite well. Short yet fully enjoyable. Three climbs up the road across the street with a final loop added for good measure.
The cover image is taken from the Wim Hof Method app. It shows that I completed day two of the cold shower challenge. I did more than two days of cold water showering yet I am checking out various challenges in the app to see how they are done. I like the app.
I am still nine reports short. Maybe, just maybe I will bother you with them :)
