Day Pace Run At Night
I just finished a 4.418km running that lasted about 0hh:22mm:53ss !
It was late again when I went out for a short run. Again, at the current day pace. Which was slightly faster than yesterday. Progression was from 5:20 to 5:11 with the fastest kilometer being at 4:56. Nice.
My runs will mostly be flat and fairly quick from now on. Why? Because I have an event to perform on in two weeks exactly. A flat 10 K race, traditionally held in Kranjska gora on August the 15th of each year.
Anyways, I am beating the midnight clock, again.

Oh yes, the porcupine. I almost stepped on it when finishing the cooldown round.
