Breathing Exercises - Wim Hof Method

Do you know who Wim Hof is? Are you familiar with his method?

Wim claims that he's found the remedy to all illnesses and conditions, a source of eternal health.

It consists of three pillars:

  • Breathing
  • Cold therapy
  • Commitment

I can say I am committed to the WHM.

I am doing the first part of it, the breathing exercises, for twelve days already. ALong with the cold showers after it, of course.

The progress is visible. The retention periods between deep breathing sections are getting longer.

From just above two minutes at the start to 3:34 today. The improvement is not so steep as in the first days yet there is always space to improve.

Interestingly, the app that supports your exercise use hexagonal objects like Hive. And it's gamified too. Look what I've already got.

When the time permits I'll make a longer article about Wim, his method, and his latest book. Some of you are already familiar with and are practicing his method.
