I need a hand with Media Wiki

Some guy was gracious enough to mirror steem.center and host the Hive rebranding under beewiki.dev.

I started digging into and realized the immensity of the project. If anyone can lend a hand I sure would appreciate it!

For instance, and to show my own vulnerbility, I can't even figure out how to change this image.
