Vamos a saltar la cuerda. Esp-Eng
Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening depending on the time you are watching this post, today I would like to tell you and at the same time teach you something about one of my hobbies which I really enjoy, and that is jumping rope.
Since I was a child I was always a little bit interested in this activity, they even bought me one, which I lasted very little time practicing until I got bored, I was very small, and my tastes were focused on other things, but later, about 7 years ago my friends brought a rope, but it was not a jump rope, it was a rope to tie things, but they started to jump, and everyone knew something, the worst of all was me, and then we started to compete among us.
One day I started jumping for a while, and I could see that I could last longer, and that's when I started, I remember that by that time I measured the time and the maximum I lasted jumping without stopping was one minute, and for me that was a great achievement, since as I had said before I was lousy.
I found a channel on you tube called Rush Athletics TV, the link to the channel I will leave below, and I could notice all the things I did with the rope, and I can say that my inspiration was thanks to that channel, everything I know, is thanks to the creator Rush Athletics TV, although the channel is in English, but I totally recommend it.

Let's get started.
Today the weather was beautiful, this photo was taken at 9am, before starting our morning of roping.
Before we start I will show you which are the positions that we must have to jump rope in a correct way.
The position of the fingers should be this, with the thumb pointing up the handle.
I apologize for not taking some photos very well, as I took all the shots alone, including the video, with the help of a tripod. Now, let's move on.
We should not be too open, and stick out our chests a little.
Jumping rope can provide us with several benefits:
- Helps burn calories.
- Improves mood.
- Increases our physical endurance.
- Strengthens our muscles.
- Improves our heart health.
These are just some of the benefits, as there are many more.
As I told you before, the pictures were not the best as I took them by myself, but still, I did my best.
Here are some pictures.
Almost at the end I hit myself unintentionally, you have to be careful, because if it hits you it usually burns a little.
I always recommend warming up when doing any physical exercise to avoid injuries.
Thank you for coming this far, I hope you liked this topic, and that you have learned something, if you want to start practicing jumping rope I recommend you to practice a lot, sooner or later it will become much easier.
The music I used in the video is Cartoon, Jéja - On & On (feat. Daniel Levi) this music is royalty free.
For the video editing I used the CapCut mobile application, and for the cover I used the Photoroom application.
All the images presented in this post are of my authorship.
I used the deepl translator since my language is Spanish.
