Experiencia con nuestro proyecto. Esp-Eng.
Good morning, good afternoon or good evening, to all this beautiful community, today I come to tell you something of our experience in the second project defended for the career of Public Accounting, I tell you that thanks God and our effort and my girlfriend and I, together with my other colleagues are already senior technicians in this career, and we are on our way to the degree.
Each year we must carry out a project in a company, either public or private, but carrying out something specific, and always respecting the regulations that the teacher of the project makes known to us.
In this case we had to do it on a flow diagram, so I will give you a brief explanation about this type of diagram.
This is a graphical representation of a process or protocol, of a system or to carry out a certain action, with which we will see more clearly all the stages, leading to detect possible errors, and increase performance.
Here I present our flowchart made in the company Spanish Bakery.
As we can see, there are several forms, and each of them has a different meaning.
In our flowchart we have the meanings of each one of the shapes we use, because there are many more, in the same way I will place them with the name of the figures to make it clearer.
- Oval: Beginning or end of the process.
- Rectangle: activity carried out.
- Rhombus: Decision making.
- Romboid: Data inputs and outputs.
- Arrows: Direction of process flow.
We went to the Spanish Bakery to deliver our flowchart, corrected by the company's staff and our project tutors.
We then proceeded to attach it to the bulletin board.
Days before the presentation, the two accounting sections paid some people to make a decoration for the presentation of our projects.
The people in charge of decoration got down to work.
We were all very satisfied with the result.
The day of the presentation arrived, and the nerves began to show.
My girlfriend and I before the scary moment hahahahahah.
My girlfriend Mariu Garcia kicked off the presentation.
This was followed by my colleague Aliver Briceño.
Then it was my turn to defend, I was really nervous.
The images were not of the best quality, as they were taken in the dark, and we did not use the flash.
Everything went very well thanks to God, we all passed the Project subject with 20 points, it was worth all the effort.
Here we have a type of justification that shows that we are senior technicians in public accounting, since the degree will be for June of this year.
Then we started with the photo shoot📷.
A photo outside after our presentation.
Then our colleague Aliver Briceño invited us to sing his girlfriend's birthday.
Everything went very well thanks to God, with a lot of desire, effort and dedication everything is possible.
Thank you for reaching this part, I hope you liked our experience, and that this post may serve as motivation for some people who are thinking of starting or continuing their studies.
