Recently two fellow blockbrothers have started using steemPlus (and wrote about it) they seem to love it. I just installed it to see how it will affect my personal experience. More on that later after some extensive usage.

In the meanwhile though, they've come out with an update where they replaced the default steemit.com rewardstab and placed it inside their extension tab with better overview of your rewards.

What is SteemPlus ?

SteemPlus is a browser extension that adds functionality to your experience on steemit.com
It has features like Feed+ (advanced filters), Quickswitcher (switch easily between different front-ends, like steemit.com, busy.org, utopian.io etc.) Easy delegation, Quickview Steem & SBD Price, Show distcintion between spammer comment, bot or human and much more.

Why is it cool ?

Any development that adds to a users experience on the steemblockchain is cool. Period. But in this case, it adds a whole lot of extra functionality that makes you wonder why it's not there in the first place (It's the main reason I use busy.org for instance, since it exposes so much more functionality than vanilla steemit.com).

Adding steemPlus to your browser adds a whole list of functionality to the front-ends. For instance, it shows your available votingpower (on your own blog, so no need to go to steemnow.com/@user) it adds a links dropdown to the menu, showing a whole list of useful steemrelated links, and so much more. What's new ?

In the latest update, they replaced the default rewards dropdown with their own, adding extra views on pending author rewards, paid author rewards, paid curation rewards (for upvoting posts) and then some.
