1.  Juvenile-Related Sex Laws Without Any Sense Of True Justice

As I was browsing around on YouTube last night, I came across this one video of a sentencing hearing involving a young man who had sexual intercourse with his girlfriend four different times. Did he forcibly rape her? No. Did he coerce her into having sex? No. Did he sexually molest her? No. Did he even groom her? No. His girlfriend was his first love.

Nonetheless, none of those facts made any difference to the judge. This young man had already pleaded guilty to a sexual offense, and the only thing that she was interested in was the fact that he was 23 years of age and his girlfriend was only 12 years old. Now, I know what many of you are going to say, but watch the video first and then form your own opinions about this matter.

Judge Stephanie Boyd Gives A Young Man A Ridiculously Harsh Sentence For Doing Something That Involved No Harm To Anyone

The name of the 23-year-old defendant is Hector Enrique Laura Sanchez. He is an immigrant from Honduras. You may think that a 23-year-old man is way too old to be intermingling with a 12-year-old girl. However, back when the late Loni Anderson, an actress, was 12 years old, she dated a 22-year-old man. Her parents allowed the courtship. Of course, the late Ms. Anderson was a full-figured woman by then.

The criminal defense attorney even stressed that the 12-year-old girl that Mr. Sanchez had sexual relations with was physically precocious for her years and had an enriched sexual vocabulary. He also pointed out to Judge Stephanie Boyd that the girl told the police that she had been the one to seduce Mr. Sanchez rather than the other way around. The girl's mother didn't want him to go to jail or prison.

What more did Judge Boyd want? Mr. Sanchez had already pleaded guilty to a sexual offense for his sexual involvement with the girl.

The criminal defense attorney did not engage in victim-blaming, because there was no real victim in this matter. It was a victimless crime, so to speak. The fact that the young girl did not reveal her age to Mr. Sanchez until the fourth time that they had sexual intercourse reeks of Alisha Dean. This man is not some compulsive sex addict that grabs each and every middle-school girl in sight. He merely had fallen in love with a girl that turned out to be younger than he had thought.

Now, I completely get it that some of you may argue that Mr. Sanchez did pick the young girl up at her middle school regularly to go out on dates with her. But guess what? She could have very easily had him believing that she was a teacher or a front-office administrative assistant that worked there at the school.

You may question, "What if the young girl had gotten pregnant?" Well, the fact that she didn't get pregnant after having sex with Mr. Sanchez four different times somewhat bewilders me. Could it be that the mother had this young girl on birth control pills? Because if she did so, then it would only go to show you that this young girl was not the innocent, gullible, little child that the prosecutor made her out to be.

Because Mr. Sanchez had never had a girlfriend before in his life, I kind of doubt that he was using condoms any of the four times that he engaged in sexual intercourse with the underage girl. If he did, nobody in the courtroom said anything about it.

Here is the elephant in the room. Over in Mississippi, a 12- or 13-year-old boy brutally raped the late Aubreigh Wyatt when she was only 12 years old. There was a police investigation that ensued afterwards because of it, but no arrests were made. The late Ms. Wyatt died by suicide because of the rape, among other things.

In other words, while this punk walks the streets of Oceanville, Mississippi where he committed the rape, a 23-year-old man who harmed nobody is serving time behind bars for 15 years merely because he was on the opposite side of the legal age line from the young girl with whom he had consensual sexual intercourse. This young girl was well beyond the crayons-and-cartoons phase of her life. No justice was served from imprisoning this man.

If I were to call the late Ms. Wyatt's rapist a child predator or a child rapist, self-proclaimed child advocates and the likes would accuse me of being politically incorrect simply because the culprit was the same age as the late Ms. Wyatt was at the time of the heinous crime. It's always that "boys-will-be-boys" argument that resurfaces in incidents like these. However, Mr. Sanchez, on the other hand, could give the best explanations in the world for his sexual involvement with his underage girlfriend, and nobody would cut him a break.

You have to wonder whether our nation is gradually becoming a Fascist totalitarian police state of self-styled morons who want to absorb everyone into their make-believe world of age-appropriate perfection and wholesome purity. I certainly don't feel that we live in a free country anymore, at least not when it comes to our sex laws.

Some of you may argue that this girl was just a child. According to medical science, she wasn't. There is a world of a difference between a 12-year-old girl who is an adolescent and a prepubescent child who may be only 5 or 6 years of age.

Some of you may ask, "Well, what about that 9-year-old girl up in Ohio that an adult man raped and got pregnant?" I remember that news story. Her mother had to take her to Indiana so that she could get an abortion legally. It was definitely a tragedy. However, keep in mind that no 9-year-old girl is looking to get laid. Therefore, what the adult man did to her was clearly the rape of a child.

Moreover, there is a world of a difference between a 9-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl. Most 9-year-old girls, if not all of them, are not looking to get pregnant. That is, if they can get pregnant. On the other hand, a 12-year-old girl may have the desire to become a mother. Watch the video below.

A 12-Year-Old Girl Tells Steve Wilkos That She Wants To Have A Baby

Is a 12-year-old girl ready to become a mother? Not necessarily. I commend Steve Wilkos for being polite to this young girl in the video above throughout his television show. He first became a father at 39 years old, and his kids are probably in perfect health.

I guess that Dr. Kári Stefánsson and deCODE Genetics don't know everything about fathers over 35 years old. I certainly am not buying into their crap about older fathers procreating children with autism and other birth defects. Of course, that's another article for another time.

Do I ever encourage anyone to become sexually active at the age of 12? No, I don't. I don't think anyone should become sexually active before they feel that they are ready to do so. However, the 12-year-old girl who had sex with Mr. Sanchez on four different occasions was not a victim of any rape. She knew what she was doing. She even admitted that she put the moves on him instead of the other way around.

At the end of the day, "statutory rape" should not be a strict-liability offense but rather an intent offense that requires that the prosecution demonstrate that actual harm took place, here in the United States. Teenage sex is a reality, even in the pre-teenage age ranges.

Nobody goes straight from being a virgin and a male spinster to being a dangerous sexual predator. At least Mr. Sanchez doesn't fit that same description. To him, the 12-year-old alleged "victim" was like the girlfriend he wished he had back when he was in middle school and did not get to meet until recently.

In the comments section to the video above of Mr. Sanchez's sentencing hearing, I saw nothing but intellectually bankrupt posts that clueless semi-illiterates made about Mr. Sanchez. One of them suggested that he should get the death penalty. Oh, really? Why don't Levi Johnston, Jesse Mack Butler, and the nameless assailant that raped the late Ms. Wyatt get the death penalty? Oh, I forgot. They were the same age as their underage victims. Therefore, they can do no wrong in the eyes of our intellectually bankrupt society.

Every time I watch one of these court hearings on YouTube, I feel as though double standards are flying at me from every direction and that our criminal justice system and court system are both replete with hypocrites who care nothing about true justice. Mr. Sanchez's 12-year-old girlfriend never asked for the authorities to run interference on her life or the life of Mr. Sanchez. Therefore, they were really protecting nobody from nothing at all.

Judge Boyd wasn't going to cut Mr. Sanchez a break, even though it would have been the right thing for her to do. She gets a report card periodically, and she wanted to make herself look good so that she could get that future raise she had been anticipating.

Meanwhile, judges like Judge Boyd find it perfectly okay for them to send juveniles to adult correctional facilities to be locked up with hardened criminals that will commit all sorts of sexual atrocities against them. It's as though these judges find it perfectly acceptable to exercise double standards that put civilians into imminent danger, and there are no consequences for these same judges.

2.  The Comments Section Or The Harper Valley PTA?

I begin to wonder if Hector Enrique Laura Sanchez had pleaded not guilty and opted for a jury trial, would he have received a better outcome to his matter than he did. For statutory-rape cases, there is this beautiful thing called jury nullification. Of course, after reading the comments section to the video above of Mr. Sanchez's sentencing hearing, I began to develop my fair share of doubts about it inasmuch as lawyers want dumb jurors. To say that this disgusting defense lawyer infuriated me is an understatement. He should be disbarred. He MUST be a pedophile, himself, for him to totally blame a child and excuse the disgusting behavior of this pedophile. All of the defense was towards a CHILD, the victim, who most likely had a bad upbringing, according to him, since the mother forgave the pedophile. A child that age does not know any better, especially if she had bad parenting. And the legal age in his country is NOT 12, it's fourteen, which is JUST as bad so he can stop with that crap that's it's acceptable in his country. 15 years is not even enough as he will still be young once he is deported back to his country and will continue to abuse more girls there. Again, that lawyer should be ASHAMED of himself with that insulting defense.

First of all, the criminal defense attorney did not engage in victim-blaming or victim-shaming. He was only stating the facts as they were. This young girl was obviously not in Tanner Stage 1, and she was not still watching Bugs Bunny cartoons or playing with Barbie Dolls.

While the cutoff point therein is usually 13 years old, it can be 11 years old if the minor is in Tanner Stage 2 or beyond.

While the statutory age of consent may be 14 years old in Honduras, it doesn't mean that the authorities down there are aggressive about treating "statutory rape" as a strict-liability offense. Foreign nations tend to be more lax about enforcing their statutory-rape laws when an adult has sexual intercourse with someone close to the statutory age of consent. They usually reserve their efforts into going after the hardcore offenders.

While you may argue that 12-year-old girls cannot consent to sexual relations with adults, the fact of the matter is that they do consent. Mr. Sanchez never had a girlfriend before her. Therefore, he is not some crazed sex fiend, and he is not incapable of being monogomous despite what anyone may think about him.

The criminal defense lawyer was only doing his job. He has never been clinically diagnosed as a pedophile, and, to the best of my knowledge, neither has Mr. Sanchez. Therefore, any such accusations against them are defamatory and mendacious at best.

Mr. Sanchez did not perjure himself. He probably did not know the specific statutory age of consent in Honduras, because perhaps the authorities down there don't enforce their statutory-rape laws as aggressively as the authorities do so in the United States. Therefore, Mr. Sanchez only told Judge Stephanie Boyd what he believed that he knew.

What Mr. Sanchez likely meant about there being a cultural difference between Honduras and the United States is that other nations outside the Anglosphere don't appear to be waging war on sex. The 12-year-old girl was sexually active, and she probably had no interest in boys her own age. Mr. Sanchez was inexperienced with the opposite sex, and that is likely how he and this young girl ended up together. End of story. So, put a sock in it, YouTuber @TekieD-Rogers, because you don't know anything.

Both of these publications will educate you on how the United States has become a madhouse of pedophilia hysteria.

While I can appreciate your argument that 23 years old is a young man rather than a young kid, I have one major gripe about this double standard that self-proclaimed child advocates like you absolutely love to throw in everyone's face.

Your kind usually claim that the dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex of the frontal lobes of the brain doesn't fully develop until age 25. When I was in Costa Rica on vacation so many years ago and I took this one woman out on a date, she told me that Costa Ricans didn't make as big of a stink as Americans did about juveniles having relationships with adults. It's not much different in Honduras, because a co-worker of mine told me that his father was in his thirties and his mother was only 15 years old when they got married.

So not true, YouTuber @waldorsockbat5737. You obviously haven't studied your geography or about other nations. There are still a number of nations where a 12-year-old girl can legally marry an adult man without a stigma being attached to it or to their mutual decision to consummate the marriage. I'm not saying that everyone should get married at 12 years old, but these relationships do exist with impunity elsewhere in the world.

Throughout this same comments section, YouTubers falsely accuse the criminal defense attorney of being a kiddie diddler, when they have no genuine evidence to support their claims. They also joke about Mr. Sanchez being raped in prison, which shows you how devoid any of them are of a brain that is probably already dead anyhow. Prison rape against individuals in Mr. Sanchez's situation is almost always a product of the chomo hypocrisy.

3.  Final Thoughts

Whenever the topic of juveniles having sex with one another or with older adult partners comes up, everything in the United States becomes one big knee-jerk reaction. Nobody wants to look at the facts. Most everyone wants to judge these situations with their emotions.

The American criminal justice system is now about making the easiest arrests that police can make rather than going after the truly dangerous criminals out there. If our lawmakers were to give juveniles, 12 years of age and older, veto power in statutory-rape cases and the likes, the majority of all the frivolous and malicious underage sex cases would disappear from the court dockets altogether throughout our nation.

Unfortunately, the American court system has become about pleasing all the social justice warriors rather than actually administering justice for all. People in foreign nations laugh at our society and our governmental system for turning everything of a sexual nature into a witch hunt rather than seeking the truth.

Currently, there are over 300 million people living here in the United States. Ten years from now, I would not be the least surprised if that number were to plummet down to 50 million people in light of the dangerous trajectory on which our nation finds itself. We're losing 9 million people a year, and that number will only continue to grow, especially because of our draconian sex laws.
