Man Got Seven Years Behind Bars For Offending A Cop

Some of you may think that I have published this article strictly for laughs, but, in reality, I'm here to describe a serious miscarriage of justice. A man was chatting with a police officer online who was impersonating a 12-year-old girl, and he failed to keep his conversation with this cop Rated G. Below is a video about it.

Norman Michael Achin Describes A Man's Ordeal With The Law After Committing A No-Contact Offense

Okay. So let me get this. According to Mr. Achin, this one man got seven years behind bars for what can be best described as a no-contact offense at worst. That is, he engaged in 20 seconds of a misuse of time as Mr. Achin stated in his video above. After this man gets out of prison, he is on probation for 3 to 5 years, and now he has to be on the sex-offender registry for 25 years. Every attempt he makes to reintegrate back into society is a Catch-22, thanks to the criminal justice system.

Some of you may believe that this man got exactly what he deserved, but let's remember that there was no actual victim in this offense. Instead, there was an angry cop who wanted to throw the book at him.

Now, let's look at the case in which a nameless 12- or 13-year-old boy violently, brutally, and forcibly raped the late Aubreigh Wyatt back when she was only 12 years old, not to mention, he drove her to suicide. There was a police investigation into the rape, but there was no arrest. This punk got away with ruining a young girl's life and indirectly ending it.

One of these self-proclaimed child advocates can come flying at my face and stress that this punk was a minor and that he was the same age as his victim, but, at the end of the day, he poses a much greater danger to society than the man that Mr. Achin described in his video above.

This punk that raped the late Ms. Wyatt would now be 15 or 16 years of age. I'm always hearing stories about teenage boys in middle school or high school breaking into old ladies' homes and raping and even murdering them. If this same punk should do something this heinous in the future, we can thank the local authorities in Oceanville, Mississippi for letting him off the hook.

Ladies and gentlemen? Start paying attention to stories like the two ones above, because our criminal justice system is more concerned about getting convictions than it is about combating actual crime. For that reason, these cops are always looking for the easy arrest rather than dealing with the dangerous stuff that threatens our communities throughout the United States.

Cops care more about make-believe minors than they do about actual minors. They're failing us as public servants, and we need to realize it or crime is going to continue to get worse and worse until it is way, way out of control. Some Americans already believe that the crime rate has reached that point of no return.
