the truth about the trolls of Norway

there is loads of misleading and deceptive information regarding the trolls in Norway. while it is true they cannot tolerate sunlight they do not turn to stone and die if exposed to it. what happens is they become frozen into tree-like structures. they are not dead but neither do they come alive again when night falls

they remain immobile for days and nights on end so it is a rare event seldom witnessed by visitors but when a truly foggy day arrives they slowly awaken from their long slumber

much like the many headed beasts in ancient tales, one tree-trunklike base can branch into many trolls that attack together as a team.

in the early hours they are too sluggish to move and are not at all dangerous. most often the sun burns away the morning fog before the trolls have fully revived, thereby ending the potential threat well before anything of note happens

but once in a great while, the fog is so thick that the sun cannot break through it. that's when the trolls are able to become fully restored. and when that happens all hell breaks loose.

anybody and anything can be and is attacked. needless to say i took immense risk getting these shots in order to prove the truth about these infamous heinous beings. so i hope you appreciate my efforts.
