the afternoon sun shines through our bedroom window casting a shadow of the window grills onto the mosquito net draped around the bed. i took this shot from the side of the bed. in the foreground of top photo we are viewing the shadow on the outside of the net while behind that we are viewing the shadow on the inside of the net. the back door is ajar causing the vertical strip of light in the middle

here the same corner of the bed but from the foot of it looking back toward the window. the corner looks totally different

after passing through the mosquito net the shadow lands on the marble floor by the bedroom door. we have a lot of mosquitoes so sleeping without a net is not an option. now had there not been any mosquitoes i would only have had this last photo to post.
