The Henry Mountains rise above the eroded desert around South Caineville Mesa, near Hanksville, Utah. The remote Henry Mountains were the last to be surveyed in the lower 48 by the USGS. At 11,527', Mt. Ellen is the highest point in the Henry Mountains.
