CHRISTMAS is a beautiful time of the year when we all come together to experience that long family bonding, that we’ve missed all year long, most of us spending much time at working or duty bound to other very far destination, which takes us out sight from our loved ones and friends, and so, when its festive periods as these there is that need to show much love to celebrate, to show, gratitude and to let our families know how much we love them, cause most times, we think that no matter how much we spend it cannot quantify, the love and affection we show

To exhibit wisdom in spending is very prudent, during this festive periods, so that we don’t run off into the ditch and get stock trying to pull ourselves out or the service man waiting by the door constantly reminding us of what is needed, periodic reminders in our phone that the loan is due.

When I think about these things the more I am drawn to study the life of the ant and it activities, you see the ant is one the very wise insect, storing up what they get during the summer time as against the winter season and rainy days, this period ants ensure they don’t consume all they get but saving part of it, they work so hard building their homes, probably while other creature maybe having a good time the ants are futuristic, how and where the ant get such wisdom of understanding times and seasons and knowing what to do per time, such that the wisest king that ever lived KING SOLOMON in his book proverbs 6:6-8 go to the ant you sluggard, consider her ways and be wise which having no guide overseer or ruler provides her meat in the summer and gather her food in the harvest

While spending during these Christmas it is necessary that we look ahead of time and understand what lays ahead, someone once said to me DO YOU KNOW JANUARY HAS 48DAYS I didn’t understand what that means , it was later on that I realize that January is a month that people usually go broke, ….and why is that you might ask?...am sure you get the idea……right?
We tend to spend a lot during Christmas sooner or later , we probably run short of cash in our vault from here it means we starting all over again from the scratch slowly picking up the pace again,

Since the rainy days are coming we should probably get an umbrella, our rain coat and our boots ready, develop a saving culture, don’t just depend on the market indices, because it fluctuates and you can never tell what’s coming.
