The customer is always right so they say. This is a phrase that we hear all the time in the business world but what does it actually mean? What happens if they are always right and what if they are wrong?

If you are in a business, it is important to know how to deal with customers and what to do when they are angry. If a customer is always right, then they will always be happy. However, this is not the case.

There are some customers who are not always right and they will get angry sometimes. If this happens, you need to know how to handle these angry customers. You need to know what to do to calm them down and how to apologize for any mistakes you have made.

The customer is not always right, but you can still maintain a good business and make sure that you are doing everything in your power to make sure that your customers are satisfied.

This belief can be seen in many different ways in the workplace which is right to treat them with respect regardless of the offence.

I have been in this situation several times where customers complain a lot about our services and this however was in a hotel then where I worked but because we wanted to protect the hotel's name and also protect it growth from downgrading we had to apologize to customers in other to see them come again.

We can never please everyone because there are people that will still see or pick fault in anything you do especially businesses, but to secure the business from bad name it is appropriate to speak with them politely to see them patronize again.
