Just Don't Like To Party.

Good day everyone, welcome to my blog.

Partying is a seasoner thing for me, I don't so much like to attend parties, maybe because of the stress that comes before or after it, I just don't like to party. If you find me at a party, it's either because I have a special connection to the celebrant or the party is work related.

Giving excuses for not attending parties is like a calling for me. Once you tell me about your party I will just ask if you pick a uniform (asooebi) for the party. If you pick, be rest assured, I will be amongst the first few to buy but to attend the party? No, not me.

In 2020, a colleague's younger sister was getting married at an event center not far from my house. All our staff were expecting to meet me at the venue because I lived closer, people in my neighborhood even attended because I saw the Ankara uniform that was picked for the party on them.

Yours truly was home all day watching films, eating and sleeping. At the end of the day, a close friend that I was supposed to meet at the party called to ask why I was absent. What I said to her was weird even to my hearing. I told her I did not attend the party because I used an herbal concoction the previous night and I was expecting to use the toilet frequently.

Then my friend said oh sorry, hope you didn't purge too much? In response I said no the purging had not started but I just wanted to stay at home Incase it does. I was just running a marathon from myself in my head as I was saying that thing because tell me how it makes sense.
