Shpongle's set at Gem & Jam this year was tribally echoed with caveman style alien bass. I only saw this DJ one other time - in Portland years ago at the Bossanova Ballroom, and that set creeped me out a bunch. This set however did not, and birthed a newfound appreciation for this artist.
I know many people LOVE Shpongle, so for a while I was curious what all the hype was about... now I know. Enjoy the short set clip.
