For me that’s almost every day; I laugh a lot! And I like to be surrounded by people that are always smiling. 〰️
One of the things I dread about adulthood is we take life way too seriously, we ingest and project busyness and stress and overall we leave little room for light-hearted actions and silliness. 〰️
I think is important we balance the trivial : serious ratio, and add a little bit more joy into our life, because like this quote says: “Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive.” 〰️
So play, be silly, have fun and smile!! Smile so hard that your cheeks hurt!
