"What's inside the Classic cream puff?"

This afternoon we thought of making some content to our social media handles. We made the photos different from the usual and decided to go for the cross-section shot as well.

For this series, we are starting with the Classic cream puff.

The cool thing about this experience is that I learn a new skill of cutting the pastry to make it suitable for photography. The technique is to cut the top separately from the base to prevent from damaging the structure of the cream throughout the process.

To answer the question what's inside EggInc Classic cream puff... From the base, it's filled with vanilla cream, and then a ring of whipped cream, and on top is a generous amount of icing sugar.

It's basically a 2-layer filling and that simplicity is what I'm really fond of. I personally like the blend of the vanilla cream and whipped cream. Although, it may look like it has a lot of filling we managed to bring down the sugar content to a minimum level to enjoy the pastry with less guilt.

That's it for now, in the coming days we will do that same on other flavors.
