(Eis)Baden in der Ostsee / EN bath in the cold sea
Ich trainiere fürs Baden in der 8-10 grad kalten Ostsee.
2 Tage mit Füßen und Waden , gestern schon bis Mitte der Oberschenkel war ich drin.
Gerne nehme ich Tipps an, wenn jemand Erfahrungen damit hat.

Guck mal, was für ein Beuty ich gefunden habe. Art deco
vom 1925. Ein altes Kurhaus mit einem Badewagen vor sich, welchen ich noch vorm Zusammenbrechen fotografieren konnte. Die hölzernen Speichen sind teils kaputt.

How do you like this bathhouse with bathwagon? I think it will collaps soon. Look at that wheel... That building was build in 1925 in art deco styl for purpose of rehabilitation. Do you know the word sanatorium?
