French Cuisine
In France, some Front National types complain about the popularity of kebab shops, but the same people probably wouldn't hesitate to eat at McDonald's or a pizza restaurant. McDo is incredibly popular in France and has adapted to the locals' taste.
Last year, I was in Gap, where people seem to subsist on nothing but pizza and ice. Yet it was voted the most athletic city in France; I saw school children doing all kinds of sports in the football stadium. And it was at the McDonald's in Briançon that I used touch screens to order food for the first time. Because I wanted to look at the menus above the counter first, a little boy offered to help me order in English. That was cute!
Anyway, this comic was my contribution to a Polandball contest about food and cooking. Of course I didn't win, I know I draw like an amputee with Parkinson's disease.
Afterwards, I edited Algeria's text because it was grammatically correct by accident. Having non-Anglo countries speak proper English is considered totally haram by Polandball connaisseurs.
