Making A New Bee Yard On The Homestead

One of the things that we are working on the homestead is making a new bee yard. The bee yard that we have now is very close to our neighbor's property. We are working with killer bees and when we are working with them they have attacked our neighbors. So we are going to move our hives to another place so that we will not attack them.

This is the type of stands that we are building to set our hives on.

This is how they will set on the stands. One of the reasons we build the stands like this is to keep the ants out of the hives. With this stand, we can make a trap that will keep the ants out and put it on the stand. I have made a video about how we keep the ants out of our hives I will link it below.
