Rainy Day Breakfast

Its Saturday, and I have a lot to do, but its a rainy morning, so I am stopping for breakfast to watch how the clouds move, guessing like the weatherman but with only myself to blame if I get it wrong.

Thankfully a full breakfast here in Colombia gives one plenty of time to think, rib soup with potato and special colombian egg scramble with tomato and onion plus rice, hot chocolate and some bread. I remembered to take a snap about halfway through.

You might recognize those pepinos, I am still harvesting and handing them out, but soon to be the last, for on monday we knock it all down to make room for drying this wood.
