Monomad ~ Pole Fitness
This is my entry to the #monomad challenge.
A couple of years ago I had the opportunity to photograph a small group of ladies who were pole fitness athletes. I call them athletes because the amount of training and physical effort that goes into their routines is absolutely astounding.

These images are of Dannon who has won several awards doing her choreographed routines at some major competitions.
The strength, agility and fitness of the young women was something to behold and yet they were so graceful and balletic in their movements, they truly were impressive.
