Nepal is a welfare state

It is the practicing from the past during the period of Malla as well as from the Rana period. During the period of Malla's they build or establish school and college for the providing the skill and knowledge for the local as well as for their children. At first, they used to provide education for their children but not for others local people. The local people need to depend upon them because of lack of property, skilled manpower.

It is developed that male and female are equal in getting education/ They established temples, schools and colleges and many others. Nowadays, the government is providing the freeship or free educations for the 12 classes or low-level class. During the period lots organizations are also provided various welfare activities with the help of government or state.
