Lahmacun
Lahmacun kelimesi Arapça kökenden gelmektedir ve etli hamur anlamına gelmektedir. Açılmış hamurun üzerine çeşitli malzemelerden oluşan harcın konulup taş fırında pişirilmesiyle oluşan yiyecektir. Hamurun üzerine; Kıyma, maydonoz, soğan, sarımsak, karabiber, isot, kırmızı biber karışımından oluşan harç konulur ve pişirilir. Urfa yöremizde soğanlı, Antep yöremizde ise sarımsaklı yapılır. Özetle hepimizin çok sevdiği ve afiyetle yediğimiz yöresel bir lezzetimizdir.
