Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation. Don't Forget to Dance.

You may think I am lying if I told you that I am deeply hurt by the actions of my employer and Union if you saw the pictures of me dancing for 4.5 nights at EDC vegas after parties/raves.

Retaliation, harassment and termination are just some of things I am accusing my Union and Employer of doing to me.

The above images are the things I am alleging happened to me that the government will investigate. It hurts. I have been working with my Union for almost 20 years and this employer for over 15 years.

Finding a way to stay grounded has been hard. I am glad that I found time to dance and find joy and peace on the dance floor in the beginning stages of my discrimination at work.

There were people I found out there on the dance floor that made everything even more special. We were all there just for the love of EDM.

I even ran into an old friend/coworker at an art venue called Transfix Resorts World Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas while raging out there on the dance floor.

It has been a few weeks since I have went out dancing. Too busy documenting stuff at work and dealing with these complaint processes. It has been draining mentally but I think I am moving forward positively.

I am close to testifying on everything which is my main objective, to tell my story under oath... Again.🤷‍♂️🤨
