"COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS INSTEAD OF SHEEPS"

Good day steemit and homesteader friends! I hope today is going to be a good day for us, last night we have a hard time, because our son dwight jaden got a high fever, his body temperature reached up to 40. @mama-imee take good care to dj, giving him medicine, wiped dj's body with a wet towel and followed by a dry towel, she also put a wet towel on dj's forehead, to lessen the fever.

@mama-imee cant sleep here, so and i, she just hold dj's hand. I wish im the one whose sick now, not my kids.

He drink this paracetamol 3ml for every 4 hours.

Last night, i immediately transfer my steam dollar to my son @deveerei, so we can use it for the doctors fee, dj's medicine and to other things we need to buy. But the trasfer will take place by monday, we ended borrowing money from people who do lending money business, with a 15% interest, then promised that i will pay it back by monday.

Time for a check up on Pediatrician.

First thing on the morning, we have a quick breakfast, shower and change clothes. At 8am, after dj woke up, change his clothes too and we are on our way to his doctor.

We are on-board a trike here.

Even dj not feeling well, he is so excited going to the city, that is we promise him a treat to jollibee. Unfortunately , the clinic will be open at 8:30am, we still have 20 minutes to wait. We bought him a P50 toy xylophone (makes him busy playing while waiting) and he is really happy for it.

Finally, dj had a check-up to the pedia doctor. His temperature is 37.6. After the check-up, the doctor gives a prescription then i took a picture together with Dr. Rosario.

This is the medicine receipt and the doctors prescription. We have not buy the antiobiotic yet, our money is not enough for it, it cost P972.00. We only borrowed P1000, the doctors fee is P250.00.

Time to treat dj to jollibee as a promise to him.

Dj still enjoying playing his toy here, while waiting for @mama-imee taking order at the counter. She just bought spaghetti for dj and a pancake for her (take out).

We ride back home to a trike again.

Thats the medicine for dj (cost P134.00). Dj did not eat well, maybe his taste buds is affected too.

He take his medicine after eating spaghetti, 3ml for every 4 hours.

After a while, @mama-imee check dj temperature, its 38.2 now. I guess, we really badly needed that antibiotic.

Moments later, @deveerei message us that he already sent the money at @mama-imee's bpi card. So, @mama-imee took off back to withdraw it, and buy the antibiotic.

Look how expensive this antibiotic is. Dj will take it 3ml for every 12 hours.

This is the hard part, to make dj drink the medicine, he cried here after drinking it. I hope Dj will recover soon.

There is a time when we experience ups and downs in life, as we have met downs here. We are very lucky to be a steemians, and have an earnings to be used in important matters and emergencies like this. "I COUNT MY BLESSINGS, INSTEAD OF SHEEPS" i refer the "blessings" to all of you guys who gives support in form of "upvote" to our posts. Its really a big blessings to my family.
