Humpday -- Actifit Report Card: December 10, 2025

Well looky here, another typical day at school. Up at 7am to walk over to teach my scholars. I like to take the stairs by two first thing in the morning to warm up my hips. I've got to get my blood up a bit before getting on stage for the day.

And then the inevitable crash when I get home. Just a few steps waddling around my small apartment. Make some dinner (it was a tasty bacon sirlion burger), watching Survivor, talking about how I could have done it better. Well, wishful thinking, I barely got out of bed to get a snack. At least I got my 10K bopping around the school and teaching this next generation of Brooklyn badasses! Until next time...
