Gym Meal
Hello friends, not sure what to share today but I'd like to get back into posting more so, enjoy my boring, very boring protein filled post gym meal!
It's very plain, it's just 500g of ground 5% mince and I topped it off with some eggs on-top just for extra benefits and of course, more protein. Can't go wrong with more everytime.
This meal puts me at over 170g of protein which is great, I finish it quite easy and its very filling. I am trying to reach my bodily goals and gym goals before summer time kicks in, hopefully on the right track!
