Waves
Waves, Oil on Canvas 2015
This was the first time I ever played with oil paint. I was at a hotel in Tallahassee for some training. It started out as clouds over an ocean, but it ended up as this wavey thing.
My workspace…
I was so used to working with acrylics that dried quickly that I had no clue how to blend oils or layer them. It just kinda became a blob honestly. But it is still neat. Right?
I’m posting every painting I have ever done from 2014 to the present, the good, the bad, and the ugly. With an occasional photograph or sketch thrown in just to mix things up. Check back daily to see my progression as an “artist”!
