Drinking at "Gatsby" cocktail bar - First visit 👍👍

This is the best cocktail bar in Alicante city, in my opinion, and they are very strict in being faithful to the original cocktails, although they are also creative if you ask them. I mean, if you order a "Margarita" or a "Pina Colada", they won't pour you some mixed lemon slush or a sugary coconut milk: you'll try here the very originals and rediscover them.

They currently have a ⭐4.9 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐5.

• It was the "Negroni Week" so I ordered a Negroni but a special one.

• Part of the bar with some fresh ingredients.

• Special Negroni: Bulldog Gin, Campari, Cinzano Rosso, strawberry bitter drops and dry pomegranate slice, in a lemon thyme and dry cucumber smoked glass on spot, with pure water ice sphere (€12).

Overall evaluation of the cocktail bar: 9 points out of 10.
