Adventures in Little Paris

For as long as I can remember I have dreamt about traveling to France and exploring "the city of love" - Paris! Unfortunately with plane ticket prices at the minute, travelling to France is something that will have to wait. The next best thing though, Little Paris in Hartbeespoort, South Africa!

It was such a lovely day exploring the tiny town!

The whole atmosphere of the little café - "French Toast" - is incredible. Soft romantic French music fills the air and encourages you to stay for a cup of coffee, or four and have some delicious pastries and most certainly not rush home.

Leave your mark on the French Herbie!

Grab your lover and go for a walk across the love bridge to see the South African version of the Eiffel Tower! It was so much fun seeing all the locks of couples securing their love for the rest of time.

I may not know what the real Paris is like but in my opinion, this was a beautiful budget Paris trip!

It really felt like stepping back in time into another world and walking through another time.

I fell in love with all the details in the place, even the chandelier in the ladies bathroom was beautiful.

We stumbled upon some lovely South African "organic" sheep outside the gift shop, stop by here for all sorts of unique little gifts and souvenirs.

I one hundred percent recommend travelling out to Harties to escape to Paris for a day!
