편백찜
편백나무로 만든 찜기안에
야채는 야채대로 버섯, 배추 등이
그 위칸에는 바닥에 깔린 숙주 위로 고기가
그렇게 쪄지면서
고기의 육즙이 야채들위에 어우러져
함께 먹을때 기가막힌 조합을 이룬다

사람 개개인의 매력들이 혼자있을때도 좋지만
어우러지면 시너지를 보이는것과 같다
편백찜기 같은...
그 둘의 조화를 은은하게 빛내는 주는것이
필요하다는 생각을 한다

어쩌면 그게 나의 사명일수도
