Happy Constitution day - Ukraine

When the date turns to 28 of June it is Constitution Day in Ukraine, same day in 1996 the Verkhovna Rada (Supreme Council of Ukraine) of Ukraine has adopted new Constitution for Ukraine - the first known Constitution of newly liberated Ukrainian state.
