Friends, today I have made this video on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, that is, Eid-ul-Adha. In this video, you can see hundreds of thousands of people gathering at a specific place, that is, in the Eid-ul-Adha field, to offer their Eid-ul-Adha prayers, that is, to offer the two-rakat obligatory prayer of Eid-ul-Adha. Here, the people of all the villages will gather and offer prayers to get closer to Allah and to pray for the well-being of all Muslims in the world. Here, the martyrs of the congregation will offer prayers and hug each other, creating a bond of brotherhood.

Friends, Eid al-Adha has been celebrated since ancient times. The father of our Muslim nation, Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him), sacrificed his most beloved object, Hazrat Ismail (peace be upon him), i.e. his son, on the command of Allah. The custom of this sacrifice has been started. When Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) was going to sacrifice his beloved son Ismail (peace be upon him), Allah sent a ram from heaven to sacrifice it. Since then, a religious festival of our Muslims, Eid al-Adha (the Eid of Sacrifice), has been celebrated. Here we try to sacrifice our beloved object or something dear to us, so this Eid al-Adha is important for us and is a means of gaining closeness to Allah.

Friends, every Eid-ul-Adha, we gather in an Eidgah ground. Every person in the village, young and old, prays together. Our Eid-ul-Adha begins with us. After that, we quickly go to a specific place where we sacrifice a cow, that is, we try to get closer to Allah by sacrificing our beloved object. Friends, the Eid-ul-Adha ground that you see today is a traditional Eid-ul-Fitr ground in our village. Every year, Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha prayers are held here twice. Today, on the occasion of our Eid-ul-Adha, the prayers will start here at 8:30 am. That is why we took a bath in the morning and came here.

Like all over the world, this Eid-ul-Adha is being celebrated in our country with religious solemnity. There are different types of shops, different types of people who live outside, who work, who do business. To make this day memorable, but they all come to the village and offer prayers together. This is a matter of good fortune for us. Everyone meets everyone, greets each other, and here they share their happiness and sorrows. Finally, the ceremony ends with the sacrifice of a cow. Here everyone serves some meat and food in each other's houses. They go to each other's houses to eat and they are invited to eat and this creates a sense of brotherhood among us and extends a hand of goodness and cooperation to each other.
