Nostalgic But Alive And Thriving

I feel lonesome today because I am missing someone I hold tight to my heart. 💔.

This nostalgia is a veil I can't merely let fall to the ground, and though I grasp it so close I can't catch a glimpse of the yearning I need, yet it clings. It anchors to the ground, the reason I can't glimpse the surface or the sunshine, that sense of gentle bliss that lives in my recollections that can't ascend within.
