Workshop Shots
At some point I mentioned that I work in a train workshop, especially in the engine repair and maintenance sector. Today I decided to take some photos here, although I had my camera I couldn't just take it out and take photos with it, so I had to opt for my phone. These places, in addition to industries, anything mechanical attracts my attention for photography, especially the details and tools. I always think of black and white for these types of photos.
In these photos I rested the phone on one of the naked motors before a whole process begins. I took the same shot but with different focuses.
I was walking through various sectors of the workshop to look for which elements and machines seemed most attractive to me. I took these three photos in the foundry sector, the first is a machine that has a mold to confirm coils that are made manually. Some connecting accessories and a dear friend and coworker who was chatting with me minutes later.
This colleague is one of the longest-serving employees in the company, he will soon be retiring and is also a passionate photographer. He was drinking a traditional Argentine mate.
This is a mid-process FIAT traction motor. One of the companions was putting the coils on it. I liked that spiral, so I took a couple of photos with different angles.
Another of the accessories or tools that I love for photography are chains and not especially from a workshop but in general. This is the laundry sector, I worked there for a couple of years and then I was promoted. Finally, I present to you the second oldest colleague in the workshop. He and I were doing additional work for lighting different sectors.
Well, the one in the last photo is me, arriving at work after going out to buy lunch and being punished by the extreme cold weather ๐
I know it's quite a different post, but that can be a good thing, right? Would it be a good idea to tag you in this dear @erikah? ๐
That's all folks. Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
