Let the creative juices overflow into the New Year🌊 There came a moment recently where I distracted and sabotaged what really makes my body feel alive and my soul thrive. Yet to take myself out of that zone I had to do the exact same things that I was distracting myself from and re-raise my vibration to the frequency that would best serve my health.

Let us allow Wholeness and positive vibrations to fuel this day and carry what can be seen as one of our greatest assets.

Also, let us reflect on how we want to create an impact on this earth, in our community, and in general.

A mental exercise we could do is imagine our ideal day and what benefits were reaped personally and collectively.

A question I asked myself was: "What makes your body feel alive and your soul thrive?" ( an extract from my spoken word piece titled 'It only takes 5 seconds ') And say to us all , it only takes 5 seconds to shift our paradigm. But it takes a burning desire and willpower.
