Very important🎯. Learning to use Discernment is key as it can determine the choices and paths we take in life. Sometimes we get into situations that we know are going to going to be detrimental to us, and , on the other hand, pass over opportunities that could help us move forward in life. Both scenarios are based on a programmed trauma that we may or may not be aware of. Nonetheless, the trauma misleads us from what can serve our highest good. And learning to use Discernment comes from gaining knowledge and understanding so that the choices we make are clear in our heart and mind. Personally, I had experienced alot of self-sabotage in certain moments in my life, and it was cultivating trust with my intuition is something I had to grow through over the years, and has helped alot 💯
