I was searching a professional solution and cheaper than LogMeIn and I found Comodo. I created an account and added my devices there. It givesall information about the devices such as its ipadress drivers etc. Making connection is really easy and you can let the user reboot the device with a message to them. I was searching for its price of course but i found that it was a free solution. It suprised me with such advanced solutions for free and I didn't hear about it before. I hope you guys can give a try and see what I all mean.
