It's been a long understood fact that smoking cigarettes isn't good for your health. With all of the chemicals that are stuffed into them, it's no wonder the manufacturers have to place the type of health warnings on the packs that they do.
It is tough to quit smoking, particularly if you have been a smoker for a long time. But, it is possible. You may succeed on your first attempt, or it may take multiple attempts. Either way, anything you do to give your body a chance to heal is a good thing.
