¡Hola a todos, y feliz fin de semana!
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un breve video de mi entrenamiento del viernes. Mi entrenadora tuvo la amabilidad de grabarme mientras me concentraba en desarrollar fuerza y masa muscular en mis piernas y glúteos.
Durante la sesión, realizamos una serie de ejercicios específicos que incluyen la sentadilla, press de pierna, extensión de piernas, levantamiento de peso muerto, entre otros. Estos movimientos están diseñados para trabajar diferentes grupos musculares clave, como los cuádriceps, glúteos, aductores y la región lumbar.
La combinación de estos ejercicios no solo ayuda a fortalecer los músculos, sino que también contribuye a mejorar la estabilidad y el rendimiento físico en actividades tanto cotidianas como deportivas.

Hello everyone, and happy weekend!
Today I want to share with you a short video of my Friday workout. My trainer was kind enough to record me as I focused on building strength and muscle mass in my legs and glutes.
During the session, we performed a series of specific exercises including the squat, leg press, leg extension, deadlift, among others. These movements are designed to work different key muscle groups, such as the quads, glutes, adductors and lower back.
The combination of these exercises not only helps to strengthen muscles, but also helps to improve stability and physical performance in both daily and sporting activities.
