Torre de mini donas // Mini donut tower

Hola hola, amigos de Hive.

Hoy realice una torre de mini donas.

Es la primera vez que la hago. Pero me gusta salir un poco de mi zona de confort y crear algo distinto.

La idea de realizar mini donas para regalar, a mi parecer, es que son sencillas y tienes la libertad de crear, además con pocos ingredientes consigues alrededor de 50 unidades.

En esta ocasión era un regalo para mí suegro.

La primera torre la hice para probar como las colocaría y como se vería la torre. Después decidí agregarle mermelada de guayaba, para que se pagarán y no se fueran a caer, ya que debía llevarlas a la casa del suegro.

Todavía con la mermelada, sentí que necesitaban otro toque. Fue allí donde decidí colocar la lluvia de chocolate.

No sé si la presentación es atractiva o apetitosa. Pero estaban buenísimas. 🤭

Today I made a tower of mini donuts.

It's the first time I've done this. But I like to step out of my comfort zone a little and create something different.

The idea of making mini donuts as gifts, in my opinion, is that they are simple and you have the freedom to create, plus with just a few ingredients you can make around 50 units.

This time, it was a gift for my father-in-law.

I made the first tower to test how I would arrange them and how the tower would look. Then I decided to add guava jam to weigh them down and keep them from falling, since I had to take them to my father-in-law's house.

Even with the jam, I felt they needed another touch. That's when I decided to add the chocolate sprinkles.

I don't know if the presentation is attractive or appetizing. But they were delicious. 🤭
