Kapil Sharma, a proven professional with many years of experience in the banking sector, is a former Vice President of J.P Morgan Chase & Co., the leading financial institution in the United States, where he spent 7 years of his life devoted to the company.

In JPMC, kapil worked as a Global Infrastructure Manager for Fixed Income Spread group – Lead the Infrastructure management team within Fixed income group to govern the annual budget and execute the technology transformation.

• Executed Infrastructure optimisation
• Formulated and Executed Data classification and infrastructure strategy to achieve cost reduction & operational efficiency
• Pipeline lead for Private and Public cloud strategy and execution
• Assisted UK Finance (previously British Banking Association) with IT Risk Controls framework

He also worked as Global Service owner for IaaS – Infrastructure as a service group (IaaS) in JPMC to provide a managed virtualised and physical service offerings to all Business lines

• Transformation from silo services to fully managed Infrastructure as a service across all LOBs (Line of Business) to improve time to market
• Launched a new Virtual compute offering

He has also worked as an UNIX and Windows Build Manager for Merrill Lynch – an American wealth management division under the auspices of Bank of America.
