Ivo Gueorguiev – Advisor

A serial entrepreneur with deep knowledge and experience in the banking sector, Ivo Gueorguiev brings a whole new level when it comes to understanding the field of financial services in general. He is a co-founder of TBIF Financial Services, one of the leading financial services companies in Central and Eastern Europe.

His experience includes also establishing of multiple Fintech startups and payment companies such as Paynetics (e-money company passported within the EU, offering a wide range of B2B and B2C payment solutions), Phyre (a digital wallet allowing contactless payments and money transfers), BillButler (utility bills management platform).

In 1999 he lead the investment of EBRD in what has become the largest pension fund in Bulgaria.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the largest Romanian bank – “Banca Transilvania”.
