First Blog in 2020

Hello everyone! It has been a month since my last post but I am going to bet that it has been a busy month for everyone. The holidays always seem to be that way.

Speaking of the holidays, we had a very good run with them this year. Our Christmas dinner went without a hitch. We even got to meet my son's new girlfriend and we really like her.

I even made banana pudding. I grew up having it at my aunts house but never really made it for my family. They all loved it so I think it will become a staple.

I have a tradition of getting everyone Christmas socks and they nearly did not arrive in time this year. Santa must have helped UPS out though because they arrived at the last second. :)

The holidays played havoc on me sticking to my new way of eating. However, in spite of that, I left 12 pounds and a pants size in 2019. I am happily back on my new way of eating.

Another thing I left in 2019 are my YouTube channels. I just do not like all of the changes they have made over time and it did not feel like home to me anymore. That said, I am still happy being on Twitch. My streams have been lacking due to all of the above and a 2 week long cold but that is better now.

I am also job hunting so keep your fingers crossed for me. I still have my current job in the meantime. It is just time for me to find something that suits me better.
