A Beautiful Fall Walk Sublime Sunday
A couple of weeks back Hubby and I took a beautiful fall walk around a lake in Brown County State Park.
It was the last weekend of perfect weather here in Indiana. We didn't need a jacket but could wear jeans.
The fall colors reflected beautifully in the water of the lake. We could not help but to be happy when we soaked them all in.
This is one of my favorite lakes to walk around, especially in the fall. I even love the smells that dance in the air.
The path is mostly even so its easy to get around but there is nothing boring about it. What we find when we walk here is beauty and peace.
And when you are lucky, you get a peek at the life that thrives there. I have to admit that the turtles were much sweeter to see than the snake we saw last year!
