Newbies Task7: Financial Charge and Leo Thread

Hello everyone it's another Newbies Initiative Task and this time the tutorial was anchored by starstrings01@starstrings01 vickoly@vickoly and nkemakonam89@nkemakonam89 . The tutorial was very motivational and educational. I was forced to have a rethink about my life after the tutorial. They shared with us their growth process on Hive and how they decided not to give up.

What baffled me most was the type of heart these people possess. It is not like we have anything to offer them, they are just willing to help. I doff my hat to everyone who is sponsoring this program. Can’t help but pray for everyone.

My partner for this week is meyateingi@meyateingi

Question 1: Where do you see your Hive growth in the next six months, one year and two years? What is the strategy you will adapt to achieve that?

Being on this platform requires a lot of Dedication and Consistency, to eat the good of the Land (Hive), intrinsic motivation must not die down. In a few months and years, I see myself thriving on the blockchain.

To achieve this,
Regular power up: I will power up regularly because HP actually has a lot to do in achieving one's goal.

Community: Exploring different communities and taking part in their weekly and some monthly contests.

Engagement:Engaging other people's post, and getting to know them will also help.

There is a quote that says “Relationship is a currency on its own.”

Supportive community: publishing in a supportive community can give us the chance of getting more curation.

Delegation: Delegating HP to curation trails, is also a means of income.

Goals: Setting of goals and implementation of goal.

Upvote: Upvoting quality contents regularly will also go a long way. This is one of the reasons we must grow our HP, because as you upvote, a share of it is coming back to you.

Developed good writing skills: As we all know that. Only quality content is appreciated on this blockchain. Quality content attracts curation from curators.

Lastly, I will look at it as a means of developing myself and not just because of the money coming from it.

Question 2. Make a summary of your understanding of the just concluded tutorial.

The tutorial was based on financial growth and how to create a Leo thread.

We were admonished to see ourselves being financially independent as that is the best thing that can help to survive in this present world and Hive can help us achieve that.

There are a lot of “mineral resources” to mine on this blockchain, only if we can build resilience and consistency.
We were advised never to compare ourself with others. Others are doing well, doesn’t mean our time won’t come.

This made me to remember the Bible quote that says, “Those that compare themselves with others are not wise.”

Also, Nkem talked about Bull Run, she encouraged us to invest in some tokens like Bro token, DVS token, Zing and so on
Furthermore, having some of these tokens can expose us to being curated by their curation trails.

Vickoly shared with us a video of some of star string posts that did not get a single upvote, but now he is doing well on the platform.

Vickoly said, and I quote, “Remember every successful/rich man has a humble beginning and a long list of failures”

We also learned how to make/ create a Leo thread

Question 3. Create a thread storm of your post via the Leo Thread.
